Demo Mode

Demo mode lets you explore BetterPlane with a sample aircraft before you add your own. Everything runs on sample data, and nothing you change is saved.

If you have no hangars yet, BetterPlane shows you the option to try demo mode before you add one.

1. On the “No Joy. No Hangar or Aircraft found.” screen, tap Enter Demo Mode.

You can also turn on demo mode from your account screen.

1. Tap your profile avatar in the top corner.
2. Turn on the Demo Mode switch.

The app takes you to the home screen with sample data loaded.

While demo mode is active, BetterPlane shows a banner or bar so you can exit at any time.

1. Tap the EXIT DEMO MODE banner at the bottom of the screen (or the EXIT DEMO bar on the right edge of the screen on a tablet or desktop).

You can also turn off demo mode from your account screen.

1. Tap your profile avatar in the top corner.
2. Turn off the Demo Mode switch.
